Dynamic and Critical Business Environment

Question: Discuss about the Dynamic and Critical Business Environment. Answer: Introducion The organizations are facing various critical challenges to adjust with dynamic and critical business environment of New Zealand. To accommodate with the current environment the companies should first try to analyse and access the challenges; the ones which are considered very important according to Chief Executives point of view. The opinions and views of Chief Executives of various reputed and leading public sectors, private sectors and non-profit organizations should be considered and further different implications should be detected so that the Human Resource Managers with help of their capable staff can work upon it in order to face the current and upcoming challenges. The journal provided is trying to convey the same message. Throughout the entire journal there are various critiques discussed on strengths as well as the weaknesses of the article. Thesis Statement The statement which generally talks about the central idea of the topic in a clear manner is usually termed as thesis statement. Basically the agenda of the article is defined throughout the article as it highlights the motive of the article. (Purdue University, 2016). The author after analysing and determining various challenges in New Zealand business market and further considering the Chief Executives point of view tries to identify and figure out the problems .These problem was later handled by senior HR managers. The article here specifically talks about a survey which was conducted on CEO's views of top notch multinationals on the current market condition of New Zealand. Their proposal was taken into consideration in order to get rid of the problems which were faced by various industries belonging to any particular sector. Thus, in context to the passage the author is trying to identify the crucial issues so that he can develop better ideas which will help the human resource team to enhance and train the employees with certain managerial skills in order to sustain them in the current challenging business environment as well as it will also help in bridging the internal and external boundaries. If one goes through the entire article then he or she can understand that the thesis statement is relevant with the authors approach towards critical challenges as well as the managerial problems are also taken care after the conducted survey and collated results. Weakness and Strength: Strength lies on the title of which provides a clear idea to the readers about what the author is trying to convey in rest of the paragraphs. It is very evident after reading the article's title that the top organization's point of view will be considered to determine the challenges in the current scenario which will further help to exit the managerial problem in the industries. There are different researches done on the scenario of business throughout the country and the problems associated with them are also taken into consideration. The various problems faced by the researchers are manufacturing related to productivity, capabilities of management and analysis done on the skills of management. (Green et al., 2011). However, there is a huge gap lies in the research due to which the author in article is trying to find out a new way in order to meet challenges. These are basically done by considering the CEO's views and develop new ideas to handle the managerial implications. (Floyd Fowler, 2009). Now that the gaps are identified after long research by the two well known authors (Randolf, 2009). The authors have conducted the research on the basis of a particular study. The strength of the article lies on the headings and sub headings provided by the author which further determines that the article is authentic, correct, organized and designed in a logical manner. In the initial paragraphs of the article New Zealand's current business scenario is discussed and later on in literature review section management capabilities overview is discussed in a brief and systematic manner. In the latter paragraphs a detailed description of methodology is given which is also initiating and describing the purpose of the survey conducted. The authors have highlighted the results of each and every sector in a detailed manner with the help of proper graphical statistics this also indicates their key findings. Findings are mainly dealing with the implications on the capabilities of the management and further it is carried out with a logical ending. (Metcalfe, 2002). References provides light to the article and takes its quality to next level as here the authors have cited all the important points and sources used in the research .This is also giving strength to the article. References generally are combined with online and offline sources.(Jones, 2001). There are some references provided in the article which are very old. My Openions: The article was prepared with the intention to help the people working within Human Resource Department in leading and reputed organizations. The concerned department can be of any industrial sector. The authors have written this article with a main agenda of conducting a survey and further to summarise the entire research conducted by them. In this particular article the authors have used various terms related to management capabilities but these terms are not defined throughout the paragraphs which depict weakness in this article(Cahan, 2003). The information provided throughout the article is related to viewpoints of the CEOs on the challenges of business environment and based on their thought process the authors have generated results with good strategies. A clear differentiation is provided for profit and non profit organizations and even their results are also depicted in separate manner. This difference was maintained by the authors as the non profit organizations are not profit oriented. In a clear manner the central arguments are presented with practical situations and even the solution provided is related to practical scenario (Lislie, 2011). Analysis is done on strong evidences in order to provide support to the conclusion and argument. When there is a complex environment created in the market due to changing marketing scenario and technologies then stakeholders comes into rescue for the organizations they are generally considered as main funders of that particular company; but at the same time the help provided by them is also conditional. The authors have tried their best to carry the style of the article in a good way so that the audience do not face any problem further to catch their views.(Helfat Martin, 2014). There is an effective illustration of ideas and views of critical points mentioned in the article but at the same authors provide a wide range of issues thus the reader may forget to focus on the critical ones. Basically this case study that conducted with views that will have a positive impact on the HR practitioners moreover the entire survey was based on the first hand assessment and primary gathered data. The implementation was done by the developing handful skill which also helped in maintaining the organizational hierarchy. There was no fruitful and better outcome received based on studies done on the New Zealand government thus this particular case is done with another motive; the studies are more or less based on gathering the CEOs views and then implementing them in critical business market of New Zealand. The international department of global business and management had put efforts to do the field study too and prepare the methodology in order to face the upcoming challenges in the competitive market. A strong, dedicated and capable management cannot be established with help of Findings. This case is validating and authenticating the survey of High level authorities which is conc erned with the industrial growth factor. References are usually gathered from journals and academic resources. Xlen Zoland is an organization which is from another sector and a research is conducted on this organization briefly. The absence of managerial ability topic indicates that the case is not having enough strength. The case is more or less focusing on the CEOs view points and other important factors like public and private sectors are also taken care separately and their growth is shown with proper statistical data. Private sectors are dedicated with generating huge amount of profit whereas non profit organizations are genuinely not concentrated towards profit. The data presented here indicates the entire industrial growth but at the same time management is not discussed over here which is another negative point of this project. (Lislie, 2011) Conclusion The article provides a brief overview on the author's research. The authors with their research and analysis have authenticated the views of Chief Executives and further they identified the gaps in them. By using the following methodology any industry can meet the challenges of the critical market in New Zealand apart from that there were other points related to profit and non profit organization discussed in detail; in order to make the audience understand the entire information in a better way. The following article was designed with an agenda to provide a qualitative and quantitative research. It basically focussed on the key challenges associated with the New Zealand market and some recommendations to overcome the following issue. This was individually done by presenting the viewpoints of leading organizations Chief Executives. References Cahan, J., 2003. Mini-lecture on writing a critique- effective acade.
